Job Description

Position Summary The Project Coordinator supports daily Electronic Recycling Operations by providing administrative, coordination, and logistical assistance across our Sunnyvale and Cupertino sites. This role works closely with Supplier site leadership to ensure smooth handling and processing of electronic materials and contributes to the delivery of high-quality recycling products and services. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Key Responsibilities Project & Operations Support Assist with daily operations projects, tasks, and special initiatives as assigned by site leadership. Coordinate and track project activities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Handle, sort, disassemble, and process electronic materials in accordance with site procedures and direction from leadership. Support the delivery of Electronic Recycling Operations products and services as directed. Administrative Duties Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, data entry, and record-keeping. Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current processes. Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel. Manage email communications professionally and in a timely manner, in both English and Spanish. Communication & Coordination Serve as a bilingual point of contact, facilitating clear communication between English- and Spanish-speaking team members and stakeholders. Translate documents, instructions, and communications as needed. Coordinate with team members and leadership to relay updates, instructions, and feedback accurately. Required Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) — bilingual proficiency required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheets), Word (document creation and formatting), and Outlook (email communication). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role. Familiarity with SOP creation and maintenance. Experience in a warehouse, recycling, or manufacturing environment.
