$48.08- $62.50 per hour DOEIndustrial Wastewater Operations Manager Colorado Grade B (or A) Industrial Wastewater License Required • Two-Site Portfolio Company vehicle + paid fuel provided Must reside within 1 hour of Winter Park, CO. Colorado Grade B or Grade A Industrial Wastewater Treatment license required. We're looking for an experienced Industrial Wastewater Operations Manager to oversee staff and operations across two Colorado locations for a private-sector industrial client. You'll lead O&M teams, ensure regulatory compliance, drive safety culture, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client relationship contact — all while mentoring staff and advancing professional development across the portfolio. What you'll do Manage staff and direct all onsite contract operations at two Colorado locationsMaintain operational and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal water quality permit requirementsCreate and enforce a strong safety culture across all sitesLead O&M personnel development, training programs, and performance reviewsServe as primary client relationship contact — report regularly on compliance, satisfaction, and project statusDevelop budgets and operations strategies to achieve regulatory and corporate objectivesReview monthly project reports and manage KPI complianceLead safety, maintenance, process control, cost/savings, and sustainability initiativesSupport business development and competitive contract services effortsTravel to sites for client meetings, inspections, and operational compliance reviews (10% travel) What you need Active Colorado Grade B (or Grade A) Industrial Wastewater Treatment licenseHigh school diploma6+ years of experience at an industrial or municipal water/wastewater facility, including project management and financial accountability3+ years of supervisory experienceUnderstanding of industrial operations — fluid flow, process equipment, and control instrumentationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SCADA, and client data management systemsValid driver's license with no major infractionsMust reside within 1 hour of Winter Park, COAbility to travel 10% of the time
