Job Description Supervise day-to-day waste treatment operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes Lead, train, and develop a team of technicians within the treatment area Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies Monitor and optimize treatment systems, equipment, and chemical processes Partner with EHS and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and regulatory records Respond to operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
