Job Description

The Salt Watch Coordinator manages and supports the League's national Salt Watch monitoring program under the direction of the Clean Water Program Director. The role focuses on recruiting and retaining volunteers and partners, coordinating the creation and distribution of monitoring kits, supporting volunteers with data collection and the Clean Water Hub, and using ArcGIS to analyze water quality trends. The Coordinator also develops advocacy resources and communications materials, builds partnerships, and works closely with IWLA's communications team to share Salt Watch findings through the website, social media, publications, and local, state, and regional media to raise awareness and encourage smarter road-salt practices.
Salary:
$46,000 to $50,000 annually and commensurate with experience and qualifications
