Description (United Methodist Committee on Relief - UMCOR Coordinator). This is a flexible part-time (average 20 hours per week) position, with an annual salary of $15,000. The UMCOR Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and directing volunteer teams and hosts as they assemble various disaster relief kits. The Coordinator will manage the inventory flow of supplies, purchasing items from various vendors to keep the inventory well-stocked. (We send out over 1,000 kits/month.) It is vital that the Coordinator be aware of and have work for volunteers of all ages and abilities, so that they know they are welcomed and appreciated for who they are and what they do.
