Job Description

The Pennyrile Area Development District (PeADD) has an opportunity for an Infrastructure Coordinator in our Community & Economic Development department. Primary Responsibilities Assist water and water utilities in the Pennyrile area with planning, project development, and administrative activities. Act as facilitator of the Pennyrile Area Water Management Council. Meet with local officials to facilitate the development, expansion, improvement and/or upgrading of water/wastewater treatment, storage, and distribution/collection systems. Assist in administration of grants and loans awarded to water and wastewater providers in the PADD region. Provide management and technical assistance to utility commissions and districts in the area of long-range planning, project development, system management, record keeping and other areas. Responsible for some GPS data acquisition and GIS data sharing/organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, GIS, Public Administration or related field.
