LPN

• Licensed Practical Nurse As an LPN at Charter Senior Living , you are a cornerstone of compassionate care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs.

You'll provide hands-on nursing support, medication administration, care plan implementation, and leadership to ensure each resident enjoys a safe, fulfilling, and meaningful life. You'll also play a key role in promoting teamwork, mentoring caregivers, and maintaining strong communication with residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and company standards Conduct resident health assessments and contribute to individualized care plans Monitor resident condition changes and communicate promptly with leadership and families Supervise and support caregivers and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery Document all nursing services, assessments, and interventions accurately Uphold infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff Engage residents with patience, respect, and kindness, enhancing their overall quality of life Qualifications ✅

License:

Current LPN license in the State of Kentucky (required) ✅

Experience:

Prior nursing experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred ✅

Skills:

Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills ✅

Schedule:

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (Day or Night) with reliability and flexibility ✅
