Manpower is hiring for an Bilingual Onsite Coordinator in Austin, TX . Onsite Coordinator, you will be part of the Manpower workforce management team supporting our active associates and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Night shift, Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm to 2:00 am What's the Job? Maintain accurate records of associate compliance and documentation Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes Perform daily maintenance of tracking spreadsheets and reports Monitor employee performance and address issues related to attendance, conduct, and productivity Support workforce management activities to ensure smooth daily operations What's Needed? Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software applications Experience working in or around manufacturing or industrial settings Flexibility to adapt to nightly schedule based on business needs What's in it for me?
