Job Description

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Sales and Service Representative to grow environmental services revenue while delivering exceptional on-site support. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of industrial, automotive, and commercial customers, promoting solutions such as used oil collection, parts cleaning, and hazardous waste management. You'll prospect new accounts, conduct site visits, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, coordinate service delivery, and maintain accurate records. Collaborating closely with operations, you'll help customers achieve sustainable, compliant outcomes and contribute to Safety-Kleen's mission of environmental protection. Responsibilities Develop and manage a territory sales plan for environmental services accounts Prospect, qualify, and close new industrial, automotive, and commercial customers Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular on-site visits Assess customer waste streams and service needs to recommend compliant solutions Present, price, and negotiate proposals for used oil, parts cleaning, and waste services Coordinate with operations and logistics to schedule and deliver services safely and on time Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies Maintain accurate CRM records, service documentation, and sales forecasts Conduct customer training or walk-throughs on safe, compliant service use Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Required Skills B2 B sales and account management Territory management and prospecting Environmental services or waste management knowledge Basic understanding of EPA and OSHA regulations Needs assessment and solution selling Price quoting and contract negotiation CRM and sales pipeline management Technical aptitude for industrial/automotive service offerings Customer service and issue resolution Data entry and documentation accuracy
