Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Spreadsheets Driver's License Full Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily LocusView database inputs by monitoring all field crews. Cross references information received with the LocusView database to ensure accuracy. Responsible for maintaining any updates with the LocusView database in a timely manager. Trains and assesses crews to evaluate the need for assistance in training and proper updates have been completed. Preforms other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Success Factors:
Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions. Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team with co-workers Ability to pass motor vehicle, criminal background check, and comply with drug-free workplace policy. Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written. English usage sufficient to keep records, place orders, and prepare simple narrative reports. Demonstrate knowledge of the OQ Law Communication and PC skills are essential, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel Willingness and ability to learn additional skills.
Experience and Education:
High school diploma or equivalent desired Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and/or field knowledge preferred Associate or bachelor s degree desired Minimum of one year of relevant field work experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required within two weeks of employment. Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
