What's in it for you: Competitive wages Overtime available Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) matching and profit sharing Paid time off Employee Assistance Program Growth and advancement opportunities What you'll do: Serve as the main point of contact for client and account manager inquiries, pickup schedules, service requests, etc. Schedule transportation/dispatch, process and reconcile work orders, and coordinate directly with internal drivers/dispatch personnel as well as customers and third-party vendors. Maintain and reconcile accurate waste manifests, driver tickets, and waste summary reports within our internal software and processes. Working closely with our Waste Group Operations personnel and biller(s) to audit/reconcile vendor invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and log service updates into the central database. Assist clients with waste diversion goals, contamination reduction, and proper disposal protocols for hazardous or special waste materials. What's required: 1-3 years in customer service, dispatch, or logistics (prior experience in waste management/environmental services is preferred). Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and customer portal or dispatch software and ability/willingness to work with new software (i.e. Google) Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment. High School Diploma or GED required; relevant certifications or coursework in logistics/environmental fields are a plus.
