Job Details:
Sunday-Wed Days 5am -5 pm Starting Pay $19.15/hr Functions To maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture Receive training as required Perform various positions as required/assigned Description This position is responsible for washing tractor/trailer rigs and the transportation of rigs to and from wash bay area while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Tasks Applicants will be considered for any Truck Washer opening. Must be able to read and write in order to complete all necessary documentation. Must have ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders up to 20 feet, bend, stretch, reach, work in extreme hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Requires ability to clean and wash trailers to assure cleanliness of vehicles. Must use high-pressure hoses as required. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud .
