Pay Rate:
$21.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00
PM Assignment:
Short term, with potential for long-term placement
Key Responsibilities:
Remove and properly dispose of trash and cardboard from the facility. Maintain clean and dry floors by operating floor scrubbers, squeegees, and sweeping as needed. Remove snow from facility walkways to ensure safe access. Clean and maintain office areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and cafeteria, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting. Handle recyclables and ensure proper recycling practices. Submit requisitions and assist with maintaining inventory for sanitation supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE). Complete all required sanitation documentation, including daily, weekly, and monthly records. Update and maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule. Maintain daily logs of sanitation activities. Assist in developing and implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures to support the sanitation program.
Requirements:
Must have experience operating a stand-up reach forklift this is required. Previous experience in cleaning and sanitation required. Experience working with cleaning chemicals is essential. Ability to follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete documentation accurately.
