Interior Plant Technician International Environmental Corporation - 3.0 Culver City, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid training Paid time off On-the-job training Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Full Job Description Interior Plant Gardener Key Responsibilities Install, stage, secure, reposition, and replace interior plant arrangements according to design specifications Pot, repot, upsize, downsize, divide, propagate, and prepare plant material as needed Install decorative finishes including moss, rock, and surface treatments Perform watering, pruning, trimming, shaping, fertilizing, and general grooming Diagnose and treat pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress Replace declining plant material and maintain irrigation or self-watering systems Maintain all plant displays to company quality and presentation standards Clean foliage, containers, drip trays, and surrounding service areas after each visit Complete service documentation accurately and communicate site issues or recommendations to management Assist with new account setups, remodels, seasonal rotations, warehouse support, staging, and propagation activities Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policy Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and proper load security Load, transport, secure, and unload plants, tools, soil, and materials safely and efficiently Maintain tools, equipment, logs, and required documentation Follow all safety procedures and support team members as needed to complete routes or projects Qualifications Knowledge of interior plant care and horticultural practices Ability to identify common indoor plant species and diagnose plant health issues Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (driving is required) Ability to safely operate service vehicles and equipment Ability to lift and carry 35+lbs Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Willingness to work in varied indoor & outdoor environments and occasional overtime, early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required Skills Strong attention to detail and aesthetic awareness Time management and ability to complete routes efficiently Problem-solving and plant diagnostic skills Professional communication and customer service abilities Organization and equipment management Ability to work independently and collaboratively Accountability and willingness to perform all duties reasonably related to interior plant services, transportation, and operational support
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
