Manufacturing Full Job Description Required:

Good manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently at production speed. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established cleaning and sanitation procedures. Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and pan wash equipment after appropriate training. Strong reliability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain required GMP and personal hygiene standards.

Preferred:

Previous sanitation, pan wash, or food manufacturing experience. Previous experience working in a bakery, food production, or manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more. Stand and work for 10+ hours during a shift. Work in confined spaces and varied temperature environments, including hot and cold conditions. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist. Frequently use hands and fingers to grasp, handle, wash, scrub, and operate pan wash equipment. Push and pull carts, pans, racks, and cleaning equipment. Perform repetitive cleaning motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and washing. Wear required PPE, including gloves, safety footwear, eye protection, and hearing protection as applicable. Work around bakery equipment, machinery, cleaning chemicals, water, noise, and other typical food manufacturing conditions. Safely perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, flexibility needed for some Sunday's 5am-1:30pm 1pm-9:30pm 9pm-5am

Pay:

$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
