GMP Technician

Job Title:

GMP Technician Job Description The GMP Technician will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within GMP facilities, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. This role involves working within a manufacturing environment, requiring the wearing of PPE bunny suits, and performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform inside cleaning of GMP facilities, including cleanroom manufacturing areas. Wear PPE bunny suits and fill out FDA logs in cleanroom environments. Document and write in real time using SOPs or 'Good Documentation Practices' in a provided binder. Clean tables, break rooms, lunchrooms, doors, mop floors, take out trash, clean windows, and sweep when not in cleanroom. Conduct floor care using push mops and vacuuming. Clean stainless steel surfaces. Sweep with a broom and mop. Clean and restock restrooms and break/lunch rooms. Remove trash and wash windows. Perform some maintenance or repair work on facilities or grounds. Essential Skills Ability to read, write, and speak basic English. Janitorial and industrial cleaning experience. General labor experience in a manufacturing environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in any cleaning/janitorial work/general labor in any facility is preferred. Friendly and approachable demeanor for potential interactions with people.

Must have required attire:

khaki pants (no jeans), tucked-in shirt, no headphones. Willingness to submit to drug testing and background screening. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work schedule includes four swing shifts from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with openness to working weekends. The position also offers one shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with the possibility of weekend work. The first three weeks of training will occur Monday through Friday during the day shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vacaville, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
