Refuse Collector (Residential) City of Orlando - 3.9 Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time $17.72 - $22.60 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Removing debris Vehicle cleanliness maintenance Sanitation Mid-level Outdoor debris cleaning Commercial cleaning 2 years Full Job Description Salary Range $17.72-$22.60 Job Posting End Date - Applications will no longer be accepted starting 08-15-2026 Job Summary Performs heavy manual work collecting commercial/residential refuse and recyclable materials in designated areas of the City of Orlando. Is responsible for cleaning of collection vehicles. Must be safety conscious as work is performed in the streets. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Sanitation Equipment Operator and is reviewed while in progress and upon completion for compliance with established guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to follow instructions. Some prior manual general labor experience desired; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
