Job Description

HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is seeking a Non CDL Equipment Operator to support industrial cleaning and environmental services for energy and industrial clients. In this field role, you will safely operate non-CDL trucks and equipment such as industrial vacuums and hydroblasting units, set up job sites, and assist with waste handling and cleanup. You'll follow strict safety and environmental procedures, complete basic documentation, and work closely with a crew in demanding outdoor and facility conditions with opportunities to advance. Responsibilities Operate non-CDL trucks and industrial cleaning equipment safely on client sites Set up, inspect, and break down hoses, pumps, and related field equipment Assist with industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, and vacuum operations Handle and stage waste materials following environmental and company procedures Complete basic job reports, logs, and safety checklists accurately Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and site-specific procedures Support confined space and high-hazard work as directed by supervisors Communicate with crew members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks Required Skills Non-CDL vehicle operation Heavy equipment operation Hydroblasting or vacuum equipment use Basic mechanical aptitude Safety procedures and PPE use Confined space awareness Lockout/Tagout familiarity Hazardous materials handling basics Job site documentation Two-way radio communication
