Position Summary :

Responsible for maintaining blancher sanitation, speed and temperature. Also responsible for maintaining and sanitizing the SSHB line equipment and freezer belt.

Key Responsibilities :

Adjusts blancher speed and temperature as required. Monitors and maintains the water level, cleanliness and temperature in the blanchers. Mixes sugar and SAPP as required. Collects samples for quality analysis. Cleans and sanitizes are per sanitation requirements. Performs preventative maintenance on cutters. Relieves other employees as required.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form P hysical
