Job Description

We are a growing pest control company seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. This position primarily involves industrial cleaning and remediation of pest infestations within food production facilities. The role is physically active and performed in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections to identify pests, nesting/harborage areas, and potential entry points Assess situations and recommend appropriate pest management solutions Deliver required pest control services in accordance with company standards Ensure service vehicles are fully stocked with necessary equipment, materials, and products for scheduled jobs
Qualifications:
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces Ability to read and understand basic written instructions, correspondence, and documentation
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required Stable and consistent work history
