Cleaning Technician Needed A cleaning technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in various environments using specialized equipment, cleaning agents, and established protocols. Key Responsibilities Cleaning technicians perform a wide range of tasks to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and presentable:

Routine Cleaning:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, homes, hospitals, schools, and industrial sites.

Floor and Surface Care:

Waxing, buffing, carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and specialized treatments to maintain floor and surface conditions.

Restroom Maintenance:

Cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and restocking essential supplies like soap and paper towels.

Waste Management:

Collecting, disposing of trash, and ensuring compliance with local waste regulations.

Equipment and Supply Management:

Maintaining cleaning equipment, managing chemical inventories, and ensuring proper labeling and dilution.

Special Projects:

Deep cleaning, window washing, post-construction cleanup, or biohazard remediation as required.

Safety Compliance:

Following health and safety protocols, using personal protective equipment, and adhering to chemical handling guidelines.

Client-Specific Plans:

Executing cleaning checklists and schedules tailored to each facility's requirements.
