The employee needs a working knowledge of other tools Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.46 years of experience in the print, direct mail, inserting, or fulfillment industry.
Minimum 4 years of experience troubleshooting electronic and mechanical issues on automated manufacturing equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Basic computer skills (e.g., using maintenance logs, email, or equipment software). Equipment Technician We are seeking a mechanically inclined Production Equipment Technician with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing inserting machines and printing equipment. This is a warehouse-based role focused on supporting production operations-not an office, IT, or graphic design position. In addition to equipment maintenance, you'll assist with general building upkeep as needed.
