Recycling Sorter:

• + Clean and maintain recycling yard and collection equipment + Safely remove chemicals from discarded appliances + Deposit recoverable materials into chutes or place them on conveyor belts + Operate balers to compress recyclable materials into bundles or bales + Use machines to load items onto trucks for shipment to other recycling facilities

• Job requirements:
• + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Prior experience in recycling yard preferred + Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and reach, bend, push, pull, and climb + Flexibility to work in all weather conditions + Able to remain in a stationary position for up to 10 hours
