Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to support the cleanliness, organization, safety, and day-to-day upkeep of VALTs facilities. This role is responsible for performing routine cleaning and sanitation activities across office, manufacturing, and common areas, including daily cleaning, supply restocking, waste removal, deep cleaning projects, and company vehicle upkeep. Working independently with minimal supervision, the Sanitation Technician helps maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment that supports employees, visitors, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitation activities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfacesClean and restock restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas to maintain a sanitary and organized workplaceEmpty trash and recycling containers, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areasReplenish facility supplies, including paper products, soap, cleaning materials, and breakroom inventory, and communicate restocking needs as neededConduct periodic deep cleaning activities, including carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and other specialized cleaning tasksOperate, clean, and maintain cleaning equipment and tools to ensure safe and effective operationClean, organize, and maintain company vehicles to support cleanliness, presentation, and operational readinessMonitor facility conditions and report maintenance concerns, repair needs, or safety hazards to appropriate personnelSafely handle, use, and store cleaning chemicals and sanitation products in accordance with company safety proceduresMaintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout all facility areasFollow company safety procedures, workplace protocols, and sanitation standards at all timesRespond to facility-related cleaning requests, changing priorities, and special cleaning projects as neededWork independently to complete assigned cleaning and facility support responsibilities with minimal supervision
