Overview Join our dynamic team at DRB Transport Inc as a Milk Pump Over Technician. In this position, you'll be responsible for task that require high attention to detail and physical labor. Our facility oversees and manages the pumping over of milk from farm truck tanks onto tube tankers along with the interior wash system set up. Workers are responsible for maintaining Food Grade A Cleanliness and organic protocol requirements, such as proper paperwork documentation, which is taught during a training period. Workers are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the top and rear of tanker trailers to ensure they meet the highest standards of Food Grade A Cleanliness which is taught during a training period. This job is physically demanding and includes scrubbing by hand, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing a flight of 10-15 steps up to a catwalk, and repetitive squatting/hand and knees work. Technicians do not manually clean the interior of the trailers, the interior wash is automatic with the use of the CIP Wash systems. This role does require technicians to drive a manual semi to stage trailers on the lot. On the job training is offered. Responsibilities Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently to clean tanker trailers, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and free of debris or residue Perform exterior trailer washes on DRB Transport equipment to help maintain a professional appearance - technicians are not responsible for external companies exterior washes. Maintain building cleanliness and safety by spraying floors, picking up trash, and preforming weekly cleaning tasks with the team. Use various cleaning chemicals tools and equipment such as pressure washers. Follow safe work practices at all times, including heavy lifting techniques and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Inspect trailers and yard trucks for any apparent damage or maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly to ensure safety compliance. Keeping detailed records of daily transfer logs, bill of ladings, farm weight sheets, wash outs and additional required paperwork.

Use of electronics:

Laptop for schedule and smart phone payments. Experience Prior experience in cleaning, or janitorial work is highly desirable. Ability to operate Semi Tractor Trucks with manual transmission confidently and safely OR a willingness to learn if not currently experienced . Experience with heavy lifting and the use of various cleaning equipment required for thorough trailer washing. High attention to detail and proper penmanship is a must for this position. Shifts Shifts are posted weekly and all technicians are required to learn opening and closing tasks - shifts will be given to ensure full time hours weekly

Open Shift:

9:00am to 4:30pm. Responsible for opening tasks such as staging trailers, washing tubes prior to pumpover transfers, preparing paperwork and preparing work stations, along with regular technician tasks throughout the shift.

Close Shift:

1:00pm to 5:30pm. Responsible for closing tasks such as parking loaded trailers, staging farm trucks, washing down floors, picking up trash, confirming and potentially correcting openers paperwork and clearing work stations, along with regular technician tasks throughout the shift.
