THE JOB:

Join our team as a Steward Heavy Cleaner and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our food and beverage operations! In this hands-on position, you will ensure that dishes, flatware, and stainless steel hoods shine and sparkle to meet health regulations. Your day-to-day will include working with cleaning chemicals, preparing and collecting soiled tableware and pots, and efficiently managing the drainage and filling of washing tanks.

THE STARTING RATE

$16.86 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY

. Work with chemicals Prepare and collect tableware and soiled pots for washing and re-racking Drain and fill tanks Responsible for removal of garbage Mop and sweep floor, operate buffer and vacuum machines, use ladders (8 feet and 10 feet) Clean out dish machine and de-liming process Maintain elevators, ceilings, hoods, ac grills, light covers etc. up to Health Regulation Standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent or one year of work experience One year of prior relevant experience preferred Be able to work a varied shift to include weekends, holidays, and evenings
