Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
Assist with Water Treatment Plant operations by performing solids process material handling and general plant safe access maintenance. Performs routine operational maintenance and custodial tasks on equipment, buildings and grounds.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES
Filter press, clarification and salt solids handling Safe material unloading and storing Assist with inventory management Participate in routine, preventive or corrective maintenance Collect and analyze samples of water or waste at different stages of the treatment process Record daily entries in log sheets, log book and/or computer Operate mobile equipment as needed upon proper training Enter Maintenance Work Orders as needed Participate in routine custodial duties as needed for building and grounds maintenance Perform other duties as assignedEDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A high school education or equivalent is required Experience using Microsoft Office Suite required Valid US driver's license required Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-directedKEY PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
