Theory Wellness operates state of the art cannabis cultivation, production, and retail facilities across multiple states. We are staffing our new Minnesota facility and are looking for a Production Flex Associate who can work anywhere in the building. This role is deliberately not specialized. Harvest weeks need trimmers, packaging runs need hands, grow rooms need turning over, and inventory needs a second set of eyes, and rarely on the same day. The person in this seat goes where the work is, learns every station in the back of house, and is trusted to pick up whatever the schedule calls for. It is the best seat in the building for someone who wants to learn the whole operation instead of one piece of it. Responsibilities Cultivation Support Grow room work: Assist with watering, feeding, pruning, defoliation, transplanting, and room flips as directed Room turns: Clean and sanitize rooms and set them up for new cycles Plant health and environment: Flag pest, disease, or stress issues. Put material away in the correct room and location and keep vault and storage areas organized and labeled

Keep cultivation, post-harvest, packaging, and inventory areas clean and organized Waste handling : Record and dispose of plant and product waste per Minnesota requirements Facility upkeep: Assist with filter changes, sensor checks, and basic maintenance.

Describe a previous work experience where you had to frequently shift gears or jump into an entirely different task on short notice. How did you manage that change? What excites you most about learning every part of the back-of-house operation (cultivation, post-harvest, and inventory) rather than focusing on just one specific area?
