ESCFederal is seeking dependable, motivated, ambitious individuals to join our rapidly growing TEAM in Biloxi, MS!! Based on facility and venue management standards, a Steward is primarily responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in non-public service and preparation areas.

Core Responsibilities Sanitation & Hygiene:

Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen areas, food preparation stations, rear corridors, service courts, dishwashing stations, and waste management areas (e.g., trash compactors and recycling stations).

Equipment & Inventory Maintenance:

Safely operate, clean, and store industrial dishwashers, trash compactors, floor scrubbers, and kitchen tools or utensils.

Waste Management:

Collect, transport, and properly dispose of kitchen waste, grease, and recyclable materials in designated service courts or compactor zones.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to health and safety regulations, proper chemical handling (OSHA/HAZCOM protocols), and facility cleanliness guidelines to maintain a safe working environment behind the scenes.

Support Operations:

Assist kitchen staff, facility management, and janitorial teams by stocking supplies, clearing service hallways, and ensuring back-of-house areas remain unobstructed and organized.

Requirements:

Good people skills and a well-groomed appearance. Must have reliable transportation and a clean background. Must be knowledgeable of proper chemicals and techniques used in the course of job duties. Must have at least 1 year of experience.

Night Shift:

11:45pm - 7:45am, days vary
