Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Wash Bay Attendant to join our team at Shine. In this role, you will be responsible for washing trucks and trailers efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable. You will also perform general clean-up and maintenance tasks around the facility to support a safe and organized work environment. Mechanical experience is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided. The ability to operate semi-trucks is a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating teamwork, self-motivation, and attention to detail. Flexibility in shift scheduling is available and can be discussed during hiring.
Responsibilities:
Wash trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment and techniques. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the wash bay area. Assist with general facility clean-up to maintain safety standards. Support mechanical tasks if experienced or trained. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills and self-motivation. Good attention to detail and reliability. Mechanical experience is a plus but not required. Valid semi-truck driving license is advantageous but not mandatory. Flexibility with shifts; availability during weekdays and Saturdays preferred.

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
