A successful candidate would have a clean driving record, be drug-free, and have no criminal history; knowing Charlotte and surrounding areas is a plus. Understand that this job is working up to 35-40 hours a week at $16.00 per hour, with the potential for a raise w/in 90 days. You must have reliable transportation to and from the job starting address. Please Google the address you will be working from so you know the commute to start work. You will run an established route in Charlotte and surrounding areas, picking up dog poop with a rake and bucket (see pictures) at residences and pet waste stations at commercial properties (see photos). The ability to work rain or shine, hot or cold, is necessary . You could lift up to 60 lbs. and walk uneven terrain. Must be dog friendly; while most dogs are inside when we arrive, some are out. People who succeed at this job have often come from cleaning positions or dog-related jobs. We offer three paid days off at Christmas, vacation, and merit-based raises. In addition, you will be paid by direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of the month. Company match (up to 4%) 401K after 90 days. Use a company truck you can keep at home after your initial 90 days of employment-- this waiting period is not negotiable. Paid training, serious inquiries only. While at work, you will drive one of our trucks (see picture), and the company pays all truck expenses.
