What You'll Do As a Wean-Finish Specialist, you'll help care for our animals and maintain the barns and equipment that keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor animal health and welfare and provide daily care. Ensure animals have proper access to feed, water, and a healthy environment. Treat and vaccinate animals as needed. Monitor feed levels, feeders, watering systems, ventilation, and alarms. Respond to site alarms and communicate health or equipment concerns. Maintain accurate production and treatment records. Assist with barn cleaning, power washing, loading, and animal movement. Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept facilities. Follow all animal welfare and biosecurity standards. Perform routine equipment and facility checks and maintenance. What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely cares about animals and takes pride in their work. Dependable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team. Able to work independently and communicate effectively with supervisors. Able to lift at least 50 lbs., with reasonable accommodation. Willing to work rotating weekends, holidays, and occasional non-standard hours. Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required. PQA certification must be maintained.
