Elite Sweep & Porter Solutions is hiring a dependable Street Sweeper Operator / Laborer to support commercial properties and exterior maintenance operations throughout the Reno/Sparks area. Responsibilities Operate street-sweeping equipment safely and responsibly after training. Perform sweeping and exterior cleanup according to assigned work orders. Inspect assigned areas and identify conditions requiring additional attention. Document site conditions with photos when requested. Review work orders and understand the required scope before beginning assignments. Assist management in evaluating whether the requested work matches the actual site conditions. Help identify additional labor, equipment, debris, access, or cleanup requirements that may affect a job or bid. Report damaged areas, unusual site conditions, access issues, or work outside the original scope. Maintain equipment and report mechanical or operational issues. Work independently while maintaining reliable service schedules. Represent Elite professionally at commercial properties.

Important:

This isn't simply "drive the sweeper." We need someone observant enough to see what is actually happening at the property and accurately communicate what the work order and site conditions require.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
