Community Care Technician Multiple Properties | Full-Time | 8:00am•4:30pm We're hiring a reliable, self-motivated individual to help keep our apartment communities clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on, active role for someone who takes pride in their work, stays consistent, and communicates professionally in all situations. If you prefer working independently, staying active, and making a visible impact every shift—this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Pick up trash and keep common areas clean and presentable Clean hallways, entryways, elevators, and shared spaces Remove graffiti and perform light touch-up painting Clean windows and handle basic upkeep tasks Pressure washing Winterizing and dewinterizing Staining outdoor furniture and or wood as assigned Maintain a visible presence to help deter unwanted activity Professionally address individuals on property and enforce rules respectfully Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents What We're Looking For Someone dependable who can work 8 hour shifts consistently Comfortable working independently across multiple locations Strong communication skills and calm under pressure Able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and good judgment Physically active and able to lift, walk, and work on your feet throughout the shift Prior experience in maintenance, janitorial, or similar work is a plus (not required) Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Schedule 8am•4:30 pm Includes 30 minute unpaid break Monday•Friday Reply with your resume and a brief note about your experience and why this role is a good fit for you.
