Competitive Pay:

$21.00/hr to start. Weekend Work (Thursday thru Sunday) Monthly Bonus Employee referral bonus

What You'll Do:

Execute daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, washing, wiping down, and vacuuming equipment and facilities. Operate tools like pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and more to keep our plant spotless. Dismantle equipment as needed to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization. Follow all Sanitary Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures. Maintain accurate and timely sanitation records.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to safely handle caustic and sanitary chemicals. Forklift and scissor lift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Strong team collaboration skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in damp, hot, or confined spaces. A focus on attendance and reliability.

Qualifications:

Availability for weekends and end-of-week assignments Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols. Candidates must be able to comprehend and communicate effectively in English. Being bilingual in both languages is a plus
