Monday-Friday Hours:

10:00 AM-7:30 PM Snelling Staffing is hiring dependable Sorters for a fast-paced outdoor work environment. Responsibilities Sort materials by type, size, condition, and grade Remove contaminants from conveyor lines and work areas Feed materials onto conveyor equipment Stack boxes and skids Keep conveyor and surrounding work areas clean Follow all safety procedures and report equipment issues Qualifications Previous sorting, warehouse, recycling, or general labor experience preferred Dependable and able to work in a physical, fast-paced environment Must pass a 7-year national background check Physical & PPE Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. Must be comfortable working around dirt, odors, noise, and outdoor weather conditions Long-sleeve shirt and long pants required No ripped pants, loose-fitting clothing, jewelry, or hoodies 6-inch steel-toe boots required Safety glasses and gloves will be provided Apply today for immediate consideration.
