Job Description
No brewery experience required — the cellar is where brewers get made. If you're reliable, detail-driven, and want a real path into professional brewing, this is the way in. What you'll do Tank work: transfers, dry hopping, carbonation, yeast harvesting and pitching Daily gravity, pH, and temperature checks with clean fermentation logs CIP tanks and lines; wash and fill kegs Keep the cellar spotless — sanitation is the job Support brew days and packaging days as needed What we're looking for Reliable and detail-oriented; takes pride in doing unglamorous work perfectly Comfortable on your feet all day around wet floors, cleaning chemicals, and CO2 Able to lift 55 lbs and move full kegs with proper equipment No experience required — we train. Homebrewers, kitchen/BOH, and trades backgrounds all welcome. Pay & perks $19-24/hour depending on experience (≈ $40-50K/year), full-time Paid time off Clear path from cellar to brewer as we grow
