As a Sanitation Associate , you'll play a critical role in upholding the high standards our team and Members rely on—keeping our production spaces, offices, and common areas safe, clean, and ready for daily use. 2nd shift: Friday - Tuesday, 2:00pm-10:00pm This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, notices the details others might miss, and works with urgency to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive workplace. Day-to-day, you'll: Deep clean restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors, walls, and hygiene boxes. Operate commercial floor cleaning equipment and mop tight or high-traffic areas. Clean specific facility zones based on production schedules to minimize disruptions. Perform deep cleans of workspaces, offices, equipment, and prep areas as assigned. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper use of cleaning products and PPE. Take initiative—identifying and addressing areas needing attention without waiting for instruction. What We're Looking For You're reliable, detail-oriented, and know the importance of a clean and safe workspace. You take ownership of your work and understand that sanitation is a team-wide responsibility that starts with you. Prior experience cleaning food manufacturing or industrial facilities preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and chemical safety. Strong integrity, reliability, and work ethic. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Clear communicator and strong listener.

Preferred:

Bilingual in English and Spanish. Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in and support the team. Tech-savvy or comfortable learning basic tech tools (we integrate tech across the business).
