We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sanitation Specialist. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking for consistent, low-hour weekly work. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across our facilities.

Responsibilities:

Surface Cleaning:

Disinfect high-touch areas, countertops, desks, and common room surfaces.

Floor Care:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned work areas and hallways.

Restroom Maintenance:

Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in restrooms.

Waste Management:

Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins, taking waste to designated disposal areas.

Inventory Monitoring:

Keep track of cleaning supply levels and notify management when reordering is required.

Safety Protocols:

Follow all standard health, safety, and sanitization guidelines.

Working hours:

3:00 PM - 5:00

PM Skills:

Prior Experience:

1+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or industrial sanitation.

Chemical Safety Knowledge:

Familiarity with OSHA standards, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and safe handling/dilution of commercial cleaning chemicals. ...

Equipment Handling:

Experience using floor buffers, commercial vacuums, or pressure washers.

Infection Control Familiarity:

Basic understanding of proper disinfection techniques and cross-contamination prevention protocol.

Time Management:

Strong ability to prioritize tasks to complete all daily cleaning goals within the 2-hour shift.

Chemical & Equipment Safety:

Ability to safely handle basic cleaning solutions and operate cleaning tools (vacuums, mops, sanitizing sprayers).
