Responsibilities Cleaning & Sanitation:

Deep clean and sanitize high-traffic public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and entrance glass doors.

Restroom Maintenance:

Continuously inspect, clean, and restock amenities (soap, paper towels, tissue) in public and employee restrooms throughout the shift.

Surface & Floor Care:

Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, polish hard floors, dust furniture, wipe light fixtures, and keep all decorative items spotless.

Waste Management:

Empty, sanitize, and reline all public trash bins and recycling receptacles on a regular schedule.

Lost & Found & Guest Service:

Promptly report and turn in all found items to the housekeeping department, answer guest inquiries politely, and direct guests to amenities within the property.

Safety & Maintenance Reporting:

Identify and immediately report safety hazards, damaged furniture, burnt-out lightbulbs, or maintenance issues to the engineering team.

Chemical & Equipment Handling:

Safely handle cleaning chemicals according to OSHA/safety guidelines and properly maintain all equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, cleaning carts).
