Job Skills / Requirements Maintains overall neat appearance of grounds.
Cuts Grass.
Performs weed eating, edging, and removal of ground debris such as limbs, trash and clippings.
Trims shrubbery.
Cuts and aerates spray fields.
Removes weeds from mulch beds.
Rakes leaves.
Cuts limbs, brush and vegetation, as directed.
Empties trash.
Sweeps and mops floors.
Cleans and stocks bathrooms.
Waxes Floors.
Assists in Alum sludge tank clean-outs.
Assists in Settling basin wash downs.
Paints in and around facilities.
Assists in replacing or removing filter media and filter sweeps.
Assists Watershed Management Group with their maintenance needs.
Assists with any other grounds or facilities maintenance/operational activity as directed by supervisor. Performs other related duties as required. Basic reading and writing skills with some experience in performing general maintenance work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be willing to work overtime as requested. You must be 17 years of age or older. This job reports to the Mike Poteat This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, TEMPORARY
