TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Mack Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment, along with being the Servicing Dealer for multiple other product lines that support the On Highway, Construction and Agriculture Industry. Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire an Equipment & Yard Maintenance Technician . Equipment & Yard Maintenance Technicians must be able to: Wash, clean, and detail trucks, trailers, construction equipment, and agricultural equipment. Pressure wash equipment and prepare units for customer delivery and display. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional equipment yard. Pick up trash, debris, and scrap materials throughout company property. Sweep, clean, and maintain shop floors, wash bays, and warehouse areas. Move trucks and equipment safely around the yard as needed. Assist with loading and unloading equipment. Perform general facility and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and other seasonal duties. Keep company buildings, parking lots, and sidewalks clean and presentable. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed). Assist the Parts, Service, Sales, and Warehouse departments with miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in equipment washing, detailing, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor is preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Forklift experience is a plus. Good communication and organizational skills.
