Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Maintenance Specialist and become the driving force behind pristine, safe, and inviting aquatic environments! Duties Perform routine cleaning and scrubbing of pool surfaces, decks, and surrounding areas to maintain a spotless environment Balance pool chemistry by accurately handling water treatment chemicals to maintain safe and healthy water conditions Monitor water quality using testing kits and digital meters; adjust chemical levels accordingly to meet health standards Operate company vehicles to transport equipment, chemicals, and supplies safely to various job sites Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems, mechanical components, and safety features to prevent malfunctions or hazards Utilize hand tools and power tools for equipment repairs and routine maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Requirements Proven experience with pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients or facility staff Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Familiarity with pool chemistry balancing, cleaning techniques, and equipment repair methods Prior service technician experience or hands-on work with power tools and hand tools is advantageous Embark on a career where your technical skills make a splash!
