Hour Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, buildings, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean windows, walls, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and techniques. Dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations. Clean below raised metal frames, and small spaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any specific cleaning requests from clients. Experience and Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Able to pass criminal background check Able to pass 9 panel saliva drug tests Able and willing to wear a coverall suit when required Able to stand, walk, bend, and go up and down through building(s) stairs.
