Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various residential and commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help uphold the high standards our clients expect. Requirements Your own reliable means of transportation to get to/from assignments throughout the day Have your own cleaning products/supplies to use for your assignments. A list of what is required will be provided to candidates at the time of their scheduled interview. If this is a concern, these items can be provided to you and a percentage of the total cost will be deducted from paycheck until full amount has been repaid Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality and safety standards are met Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other hygiene products as needed Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supplies used Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to protect yourself and others Expectations Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently Join us as a Professional Cleaning Specialist and be part of a team dedicated to creating spotless environments that promote health, safety, and comfort.
