Currently seeking a Maintenance Equipment Technician to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for supporting the safety, reliability, and maintenance of production equipment to help ensure quality standards and production deadlines are met.

12-hour shifts, Day and Night shift schedules available

North Austin TX Mano Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility machinery. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test equipment to ensure proper operation. Maintain industrial equipment and other material handling equipment. Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform proper maintenance and repairs. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records. Perform routine preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, or mechanical repair preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation. Forklift maintenance experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment and parts as needed. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work around production equipment throughout the shift.
