POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Laundromat Cleaning Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and visual appeal of our Richardson facility during focused 2-hour shifts. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a spotless, safe atmosphere for our patrons.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facility Entrance & Exterior

• Sweep entryway, keep exterior free of trash, and wipe front glass doorsand windows for a bright, welcoming entrance. Main Laundry Area & Surfaces
• Sweep and mop laundry floors; sanitize folding tables, counters, and lounge seating; empty trash bins and replace liners. Machine Care & Sanitation
• Wipe exterior glass, doors, and seals on washers/dryers; sanitize soap trays and lint traps; clean trough traps; report equipment issues to management. Restroom Maintenance
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors; restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper; empty waste bins. Safety & Supply Monitoring
• Use wet floor safety signs during mopping; monitor chemical/cleaning product inventory levels and report low stock promptly.

Ability to work efficiently and complete all tasks during 2-hour shifts.

Reliable & Punctual:

Dependable attendance and consistent execution of duties.

Physical Capability:

Ability to stand, bend, sweep, mop, wipe down equipment, and perform light lifting.
