We're a team that takes pride in doing things the right way — clean, compliant, and consistent — from seed to shelf. Job Summary We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cultivation Sanitation Associate to help keep our grow facility clean, organized, and audit-ready. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sanitation and plant care — you'll prep rooms between cultivation cycles and pitch in on everyday cultivation tasks alongside our grow team. No prior cannabis experience is needed; we provide full paid training.
Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:
$18.63 per hour
Pay Increases:
Quarterly increases as you gain experience
Hours:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Shift Options:
Friday-Tuesday, 5:00 PM-1:30 AM OR Sunday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-1:30
AM Training:
Fully paid — no cannabis experience necessary to get started

Catered lunch every Tuesday and Wednesday, plus Monday breakfast What You Bring Must be 21 years of age or older (required under Washington State I-502) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience No previous cannabis industry experience required Sharp attention to detail and a willingness to follow established procedures Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift, including standing, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs What You'll Do Clean, sanitize, and reset grow rooms between cultivation cycles to support biosecurity and keep operations running smoothly Sanitize cultivation tools, equipment, irrigation components, and work areas per company SOPs Dispose of plant waste and help keep the facility clean and organized Follow all sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance procedures Lend a hand with plant care tasks — transplanting, pruning, watering, feeding, trellising, scouting, and general crop upkeep Support harvest and post-harvest activities as needed Take on other cultivation and facility support duties as assigned Ready to Grow With Us?
