Job Summary We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cultivation Sanitation Associate to help keep our grow facility clean, organized, and audit-ready. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sanitation and plant care — you'll prep rooms between cultivation cycles and pitch in on everyday cultivation tasks alongside our grow team. No prior cannabis experience is needed; we provide full paid training.

Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:

$18.63 per hour

Quarterly increases as you gain experience

Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Shift Options:

Friday-Tuesday, 5:00 PM-1:30 AM OR Sunday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-1:30

AM Training:

Fully paid — no cannabis experience necessary to get started
