Role:

Snelling Staffing is hiring a Sorter for a leading Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Germantown. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and long-term potential. The Sorter is responsible for inspecting, organizing, and processing materials on a conveyor line to support the recycling process.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort recyclable materials by type, size, and condition Remove contaminants and dispose of waste properly Stack boxes and dump totes as needed Feed material onto conveyor belts Maintain cleanliness of the work area and surrounding equipment Monitor machine performance and follow safety protocols Participate in regular safety and operations meetings Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:
