We are looking for a Wastelab Lav Technician to join our Pottery division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence:

Your Responsibilities Preparation of clay batch and glazes for tiles and decorative products. Forming

• pressing tiles, forming related products, slip casting hollow ware. Finishing & Inspection
• dry finishing, finishing prior to spray. Loading & unloading
• greenware for bisque firing and bisque sprayed ware for glaze firing.

Glazing of fired tiles to meet quality standards. Inspection and packing of finished ware. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
